Grilled Pierogi with Veggies


  • Your favorite grilling veggies (ex. Eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers, red onion, asparagus, cabbage, etc.)
  • Veggie links from @bigmountainfoods 
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Spices: Oregano, Basil, Mint, Salt and Pepper
  • 1 bag of MKK’s vegan and gluten-free pierogi 
  • Cooking spray

Prep veggies:

  • Cut the veggies into large slices for easy grilling.
  • Toss veggies in balsamic vinegar and spices.
  • Set aside to marinade for 1-4 hours.

Prep the pierogi:

  • Place frozen pierogi on a pan.
  • Spray both sides of pierogi with oil.
  • Sprinkle pierogi with seasoning salt and pepper.

Prep the vegan sausage:

  • Cut the vegan sausages.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place on the same pan as the pierogi.

Grill everything:

  • Heat up the grill to 350F.
  • Grill all of the veggies straight on the grill.
  • Lay down extra strength tinfoil and spray it with oil.
  • Lay the pierogi and sausage links ontop.
  • Sprinkle every pierogi with water to moisten (it will cook off any excess).
  • Close the lid and check after 5 minutes.
  • Flip the pierogi, sausage, and veggies once browned.
  • If the pierogi are dry, sprinkle water as needed.


  • Serve veggies and pierogi with unsweetened Yoggu!
